Approach

I work integratively, hypnosystemically and depth-oriented, while keeping a resource- and solution-oriented perspective throughout the process and adapting it to the person and what is actually present — whether that is an everyday question, a recurring pattern, a period of change or a more difficult personal or professional situation.

The process can draw on different levels of experience — thoughts, emotions, inner images, the body, relationships and lived circumstances — depending on what feels meaningful and useful in the moment. New perspectives, shifts in attention or a different way of relating to what is already there can create movement and support a greater sense of integration.

Personal and professional themes often overlap. Rather than separating life into categories, there is room for the wider context and for exploring what can become possible when different parts begin to connect. With curiosity, reflection and meaningful impulses, new perspectives, greater flexibility and a more embodied way of being can gradually emerge — including possibilities that may not yet have been visible or lived.

Work

People come with very different starting points. Sometimes it is an everyday question, a recurring pattern, a personal or professional transition, a health-related process or a period of significant emotional strain. The starting point can be subtle or complex — what matters is what is present and what support may be useful.

My clinical background also informs the work when situations become more complex or emotionally demanding.

The focus can move between different areas of life, often without clear boundaries between them.

Personal processes

Identity, relationships, emotional patterns, recurring dynamics, transitions, decisions, self-trust and questions of how one wants to live and relate.

Professional processes

Career questions, change, work-related pressure, leadership, orientation, professional identity and complex decisions.

Body, regulation & health-related processes

Stress regulation, embodied responses, inner imagery, body awareness and the interplay between physical and psychological processes. This can also include support around fertility, reproductive health, endometriosis, adenomyosis and other health-related experiences.

Periods of crisis or reorientation

Times of significant emotional strain, overwhelm, loss of stability, major life changes or moments in which familiar patterns, roles or ways of relating no longer feel aligned or supportive.

Personal and professional themes often meet — the work does not need to fit into one category.

About

I’m Carla, a psychologist with a background in clinical and organizational psychology, hypnosystemic communication and transformational coaching.

My work has developed across different contexts, but the common thread has remained the same: an interest in how people move through change when inner experience, relationships, the body and everyday life are all part of the picture.

I value work that is clear without becoming rigid, deep without becoming heavy, and spacious enough for something genuinely individual to emerge.
